银杏叶提取物注射液联合持续气道正压通气治疗脑梗死恢复期伴中重度OSAHS患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏叶提取物注射液+持续气道正压通气治疗脑梗死恢复期合并中重度OSAHS患者的效果。方法:选取2018年5月—2020年3月我院收治的96例脑梗死恢复期伴中重度OSAHS患者,根据随机数字表法分为干预组和对比组,每组48例。干预组予以受持续气道正压通气治疗+银杏叶提取物注射液治疗、对比组仅予以持续气道正压通气治疗,比较两组D-二聚体水平、HAMD、HAMA、MMSE、BI、ESS评分。结果:治疗后,干预组D-二聚体水平、HAMD、HAMA、ESS评分低于对比组,MMSE、BI评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物注射液+持续气道正压通气治疗脑梗死恢复期合并中重度OSAHS患者的效果良好,可抑制D-二聚体表达,缓解不良情绪,提高认知水平及睡眠质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract injection+continuous positive airway pressure in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescent patients with moderate to severe OSAHS.Methods:A total of 96 patients with moderate to severe OSAHS in the recovery period of cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into an intervention group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The intervention group was treated with continuous positive airway pressure ventilation+ginkgo biloba extract injection,and the control group was only treated with continuous positive airway pressure ventilation.The D-dimer level,HAMD,HAMA,MMSE,BI and ESS scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the D-dimer level,HAMD,HAMA and ESS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the MMSE and BI scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract The drug injection+continuous positive airway pressure has a good effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescent patients with moderate to severe OSAHS,which can inhibit the expression of D-dimer,relieve negative emotions,and improve cognitive level and sleep quality.
