金鸡片联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究金鸡片联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效。方法:选择2017年1月—2020年9月我院收治的101例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组51例和观察组50例。对照组单独静脉滴注阿奇霉素,观察组在对照组基础上联用金鸡片,比较两组临床疗效、血流动力学指标、血清指标及临床症状消失时间。结果:观察组有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的78.43%(P<0.05);观察组PI、RI、PSV、Vmax、IL-6、CRP、IL-1β及IL-10优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腰骶胀痛、带下异常以及下腹疼痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金鸡片联合阿奇霉素能改善慢性盆腔炎患者的血流动力学,调节血清IL-6、IL-1β、IL-10和CRP等炎症因子水平,提高疗效,并改善机体症状。Objective:To study the efficacy of Jinji tablets combined with azithromycin in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 101 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group of 51 cases and the observation group of 50 cases by drawing lots.The control group was given azithromycin intravenously alone,and the observation group was given Jinji tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indexes,serum indexes and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 78.43% of the control group(P<0.05);the PI,RI,PSV,Vmax,IL-6,CRP,IL-1β and IL-10 of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of lumbosacral distention,abnormal vaginal discharge and lower abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinji tablets combined with azithromycin can improve the hemodynamics of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,regulate the levels of serum IL-6,IL-1β,IL-10 and CRP and other inflammatory factors,improve the curative effect,and improve the symptoms of the body.
