肾病综合征患儿药物治疗期间应用整体性护理的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体性护理在肾病综合征小儿用药治疗期间的效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年11月我院诊治的肾病综合征小儿68例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组34例。所有患儿都给予多巴胺+立其丁治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组护理基础上给予整体性护理,比较两组总体疗效、肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)]、用药依从性及生存质量。结果:试验组总体疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后Scr、BUN含量低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组用药依从性为100.00%,高于对照组的85.30%(P<0.05);试验组躯体化、人际关系、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执、精神病性、其他生存质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体性护理在多巴胺+立其丁治疗肾病综合征小儿的应用效果良好,可改善患儿肾功能,提高用药依从性与生存质量。Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing during the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children.Methods:A total of 68 children with nephrotic syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.All children were treated with dopamine+ritidine.On this basis,the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given holistic nursing on the basis of the control group.The overall efficacy,renal function[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)],medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the contents of Scr and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 85.30% of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of somatization,interpersonal relationship,compulsion,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia,psychosis and other quality of life in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing has a good effect in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children with dopamine+ritidine,which can improve the renal function of children,improve medication compliance and quality of life.
