摘　　要：目的:探讨积极心理学理论护理措施在纤支镜灌注治疗重症肺部感染合并肺不张患者中的应用效果。方法:择取我院2022年1月—12月经纤支镜灌注治疗的重症肺部感染合并肺不张患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),分别实施常规护理干预和常规护理+积极心理学理论护理模式,比较两组治疗依从性、心理状态及舒适度情况。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SAS评分低于对照组,依从性率及心理、生理、环境及社会文化舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对重症肺部感染合并肺不张患者实施积极心理学理论护理干预的效果更好,能够改善患者心理状态,减少焦虑、抑郁情况发生,还可以提升纤支镜灌注给药依从性,并提高主观舒适度,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of positive psychology theory nursing measures in patients with severe pulmonary infection and atelectasis treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with severe pulmonary infection complicated with atelectasis treated by menstrual fiberoptic perfusion in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).Control group was received routine nursing intervention,and observation group was received conventional nursing+positive psychology theoretical nursing mode,and the treatment compliance,psychological state and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the SAS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the compliance rate and the scores of psychological,physiological,environmental and sociocultural comfort were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of positive psychology theoretical nursing intervention for patients with severe pulmonary infection combined with atelectasis is better,which can improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression,improve the compliance of bronchoscopy perfusion,improve the subjective comfort level,and is worthy of clinical application.
