摘　　要：目的:探讨5A护理干预在神经节苷脂注射液辅治疗脑梗死后遗症患者康复期间的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月我院收诊的脑梗死后遗症患者80例作为研究对象,采用简单随机法分为观察组(40例)、对照组(40例)。两组均给予神经节苷脂注射液治疗方案,其中对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组则实施5A护理干预。比较两组康复效果、肢体运动、日常生活活动功能、神经功能缺损程度及用药依从性。结果:观察组康复总有效率、用药总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FMA、ADL评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:5A护理干预可促进神经节苷脂注射液辅治脑梗死后遗症患者疾病康复,改善其神经和认知功能,提升运动功能、日常生活能力及用药依从性,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of 5A nursing intervention inpatient with cerebral infarction sequelae treated with ganglioside injection.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(40 patients)and control group(40 patients)by simple random method.Both groups were treated with ganglioside injection.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received 5A nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect,limb movement,daily life activity function,neurological deficit degree and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The total recovery response rate and total medication compliance rate in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the FMA and ADL scores were higher than the observation group,and the NIHSS scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:5A nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of ganglioside injection for the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae,improve their neurological and cognitive function,improve motor function,daily living ability and medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical application.
