摘　　要：本文通过构建一个包含内生人力资本积累的扩展型产业结构变迁模型,研究发展中国家出现内生人力资本积累的边界条件,以及人力资本积累与产业结构变迁的互动机制。本文发现,一定的产业结构基础会产生对熟练劳动力的更高需求,从而诱发出内生的人力资本积累,因此发展中国家应优先推动建立能够自动诱发内生人力资本积累的产业基础,在此基础上再进行教育与培训投资,才能实现产业结构升级和人力资本积累互相推动的良性经济发展。We construct a structural change model with endogenous human capital accumulation to study the boundary conditions of endogenous human capital accumulation in developing countries and the interaction between human capital accumulation and structural change.We find that a certain industrial structure increases the demand for skilled labor,and induces endogenous human capital accumulation.Therefore,developing countries should give priority to the establishment of an optimal industrial structure that can automatically induce endogenous human capital accumulation.Then by investing in education and training,industrial upgrading and human capital accumulation can be mutually driven by each other.
