摘  要:为了提高不同钢坯在冶金厂入库流程中的工作效率,基于机器视觉技术,对冶金厂换轨装置进行了设计。设计制作换轨装置的硬件部分,主要包括结构框架、行走系统、定位系统。根据需求,选取树莓派作为控制电路开发板,完成控制电路设计。建立钢坯识别分类模型,利用OpenCV软件中的训练程序,对钢坯数据集进行训练和测试,结果显示平均准确率高达99.25%。所设计的冶金厂换轨装置可以高效地实现对钢坯种类的识别,实现钢坯的智能分类入库。In order to improve the work efficiency of different billets in the warehousing process of metallurgical plant,the rail changing device of metallurgical plant was designed based on machine vision technology.The hardware part of the rail changing device was designed and manufactured,and it is mainly including structural frame,traveling system and positioning system.According to the requirements,the Raspberry Pi was selected as the control circuit development board to complete the design of control circuit.The billet recognition classification model was established,and the billet dataset was trained and tested by using the training program in OpenCV software,and the average accuracy is as high as 99.25%.The designed rail changing device of metallurgical plant can efficiently identify the type of billet and realize the intelligent classification and storage of billet.
