摘 要:以某大跨桁架结构拱脚处弦杆钢管弯曲或采用节点板转换后竖直插入地下钢筋混凝土框架柱2个节点试验为原型,采用有限元数值模拟方法探讨了试件选取范围、边界条件以及加载模式等对节点试验结果的影响。结果表明:节点试件中钢管弦杆和腹杆长度取3倍直径、外包RC的CFST柱和RC梁长度取节点域外1倍截面高度作为试件范围合理;弦杆和腹杆加载端自由、梁和柱端近似固接的边界条件符合试验节点的受力条件;在弦杆受力较大、腹杆受力较小情况下采用固定荷载或变动荷载加载对节点承载力影响不大,采用分配梁加载时分配比例对试验结果影响较大。结论可为类似工程中复杂节点试验方案设计提供参考。Based on the experiment of two prototype joints for a large-span truss structures,the finite element numerical simulation method is used to analyze influences of the factors,such as the range of selected specimens,boundary conditions,loading types,and etc.on the experimental results.The prototype of the two joints is both vertically inserted into the underground reinforced concrete frame columns,and one inserts into the column by bending the arch feet of the chord steel tubes,but another one by using the conversion gusset plates.The results show that the reasonable range of specimen selected can be taken as follows:The lengths of the steel pipe chord and the web member are three times the diameter,and the lengths of the CFST column encased RC and the RC beam are one time the sectional height of outside of the joint area.The boundary conditions meet the stress conditions of the specimens experimented when the loading ends of the chord and web member are free,and the ends of the beam and column are approximately fixed.When the chord is subjected to a larger force and the web member is subjected to a smaller force,the loading types either for the fixed load or the variable load have little effect on the bearing capacity of specimens.The distribution ratio greatly affects the experimental results when the distribution beam is used.The conclusion can provide the reference for the design of the similar complex joints of projects.
