北运河京冀旅游通航保障研究

摘　　要：为更好地保障京冀旅游通航,以北运河北京段为研究区域,结合管理实际对旅游通航影响进行分析。旅游通航增加了河道防洪预泄时间;增大了水资源调度的难度;增加了水生态环境保障的工作量。通过强化流域统筹、水资源调度、水生态修复、水旱灾害防御等手段,完善管理措施,可有效提高旅游通航安全保障水平。研究可为其他河道旅游通航保障提供方法支持。In order to better guarantee the Beijing-Hebei tourism navigation,taking the Beijing section of the North Canal as the research area,combined with the management practice to analyze the impact of tourism navigation.The analysis shows that tourist navigation increases the pre-discharge time of river flood control and increases the difficulty of water resources dispatching.Increase the workload of water ecological environment protection.By improving management measures from the four aspects of strengthening river basin overall planning,strengthening water resource scheduling,strengthening water ecological restoration and strengthening flood and drought disaster prevention,the level of tourism navigation security can be effectively improved.This paper can provide method support for other river tourism navigation guarantee.
