北运河水环境现状及对策分析

摘　　要：北运河作为北京市重要的防洪排水、景观、旅游通航河道,对北京市的社会经济效益影响显著,同时河道水环境也受到社会经济发展的较大影响。总结了北运河水环境现状,分析了现状水环境存在的主要问题,从转变河道治理理念,开展生态河道建设;加强机制建设;强化雨水径流管控,减少初雨径流污染;提升水环境监测和评价水平,加强日常管理等五方面提出水环境改善建议,为今后北运河水环境治理工作提供参考。As an important flood control,drainage,landscape,and waterway channel in Beijing,the North Grand Canal has significant social and economic benefits for Beijing.In addition,the river water environment is also greatly affected by social and economic development.This paper summarizes the current situation of water environment in the North Grand Cana,and analyzed the main problems existing in the current water environment.Suggestions for improving the water environment are proposed from five aspects:changing the concept of river management,carrying out ecological river construction,improving the level of water environment monitoring and evaluation,strengthening the construction of sponge cities,reducing the pollution of initial rain runoff,improving daily management level,and strengthening mechanism construction,which can provide reference for the future environmental management of the North Grand Canal.
