摘 要:本研究结合北京大兴国际机场段永兴河的实际情况,对区域防洪排涝关键问题进行分析与评价,在此基础上采用一维和二维计算工具进行区域洪涝模拟分析,提出了全新的“客水控泄、西涝入河、南涝东排、雨洪滞蓄”防洪排涝格局与科学可行的洪水调度方案,并预测了超标准洪水下防洪薄弱部位与淹没风险程度,为永兴河改线规划设计提供了重要理论依据。Based on the actual situation of the Yongxing River in the section of Beijing Daxing International Airport,this study analyzes and evaluates the key issues of regional flood control and drainage.In addition,it uses one-dimensional and two-dimensional calculation tools to conduct regional flood simulation and analysis,and proposes a new flood control and drainage pattern of"passenger water control and drainage,west flood into the river,south flood into the east,rain flood detention and storage"and a scientific and feasible flood dispatching scheme.The weak part of flood control and the degree of inundation risk under the super standard flood are predicted,which provides an important theoretical basis for the planning and design of the Yongxing River realignment.
