摘  要:以蛭石(VMT)为填料、聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)为基体,采用熔融-吹塑法制备了VMT/PBAT复合薄膜,通过向其中添加相容剂聚苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)制备了VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜。对纯PBAT薄膜、VMT/PBAT和VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜的热性能、流变性能、水蒸气阻隔性能、断面微观结构和力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,与纯PBAT薄膜相比,VMT/PBAT和VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜的热稳定性降低,相比VMT/PBAT复合薄膜,SMA的添加增强了VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜的热稳定性。相同VMT含量的VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜比VMT/PBAT复合薄膜的结晶度低。相比纯PBAT薄膜,VMT/PBAT和VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低,而VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率整体比VMT/PBAT复合薄膜有所提高。VMT/PBAT和VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜水蒸汽透过量都小于800g/(m^(2)·24 h)。VMT/PBAT和VMT/PBAT/SMA复合薄膜水蒸气阻隔性能符合GB/T 35795—2017《全生物降解农用地面覆盖薄膜》的要求。Using vermiculite(VMT)as filler and polyterephthalate-butanediol ester(PBAT)as matrix,VMT/PBAT composite films were prepared by melt blow molding method.By adding polystyrene maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA)as compatibilizer,VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films were prepared.The thermal properties,rheological properties,water vapor barrier properties,micro-structure and mechanical properties of pure PBAT films,VMT/PBAT and VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films were tested.The results show that compared with pure PBAT films,the thermal stability of VMT/PBAT and VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films is decreased,and the addition of SMA enhances the thermal stability of VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films compared with VMT/PBAT composite films.The crystallinity of VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films with the same VMT content is lower than that of VMT/PBAT composite films.Compared with pure PBAT films,the tensile strength and elongation at break of VMT/PBAT and VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films are lower,while the tensile strength and elongation at break of VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films are higher than that of VMT/PBAT composite films.The water vapor permeability of VMT/PBAT and VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films is less than 800 g/(m^(2)·24 h),and the water vapor barrier performance of VMT/PBAT and VMT/PBAT/SMA composite films meets the requirements of GB/T 35795—2017"Fully biodegradable agricultural ground cover film".
