摘　　要：目的:探讨丧亲者的心理预期对其哀伤反应的影响及其内在机制。方法:采用心理预期单个项目、丧亲内疚量表、延长哀伤中的抑郁焦虑回避量表的焦虑回避维度、复杂性哀伤量表,对丧亲时间在2020年上半年、丧亲时长在一年内的342名成年丧亲者进行测量。结果:(1)心理预期、丧亲内疚、焦虑回避和哀伤反应两两之间显著相关;(2)控制人口学和丧亲相关变量后,心理预期能够显著负向预测哀伤反应,丧亲内疚与焦虑回避的单独中介作用和链式中介作用均显著。结论:丧亲者的心理预期既可以直接影响其哀伤反应,也可以通过丧亲内疚、焦虑回避的单独中介以及丧亲内疚—焦虑回避的链式中介间接影响其哀伤反应。Objective:To explore the influence of bereaved people’s expectedness on their grief reactions and its inter⁃nal mechanism.Methods:342 adult bereaved persons whose bereavement time was in the first half of 2020 and the length of bereavement was within one year were recruited through the Internet in this questionnaire survey.Expectedness was mea⁃sured by a single-item,and participants also completed bereavement guilt scale,anxious avoidance dimension of depres⁃sive and anxious avoidance in prolonged grief questionnaire,and Inventory of complicated grief.Results:(1)Expectedness,bereavement guilt,anxious avoidance and grief reactions were significantly correlated with each other;(2)After controlling for demographic factors and loss-related factors,expectedness significantly negatively predicted the grief reactions,and the separate mediating effects and chain mediating effect of bereavement guilt and anxious avoidance were all significant.Con⁃clusion:Bereaved people’s expectedness not only directly influence their grief reactions,but also indirectly influence their grief reactions through the separate mediating effects of bereavement guilt and anxious avoidance,as well as the chain medi⁃ating effect of bereavement guilt–anxious avoidance.
