摘 要:目的:调查高校心理咨询师多元文化胜任力现状及其影响因素。方法:通过“问卷星”招募高校心理咨询师125名,采用多元文化咨询知识和意识量表进行调查。结果:高校心理咨询师的多元文化咨询知识与意识存在显著负相关(r=-0.255,P<0.005)。被试的理论取向对其多元文化咨询意识有显著影响(F=3.660,P<0.005)。回归分析结果发现过去三年内参加专业培训的次数可显著预测被试的多元文化咨询知识(B=2.408,P<0.05),年龄可显著预测被试的多元文化咨询意识(B=0.194,P<0.05),工作年限显著预测多元文化咨询知识和意识总分(B=0.495,P<0.001)。结论:不同理论取向对多元文化咨询意识有影响。参与培训和工作年限的增加能有效提升心理咨询师的多元文化咨询能力。Objective:This study aims to investigate the current multicultural competence of school counselors and its potential factors.Methods:A total of 125 college mental health counselors were surveyed using the modified Multicultural Counseling Knowledge and Awareness Scale(MCKAS)via the online survey platform“Questionnaire Star”.Results:A sig⁃nificant weak negative correlation was found between multicultural counseling knowledge and awareness among college counselors(r=-0.255,P<0.005).The therapeutic approach of participants had a significant effect on their multicultural counseling awareness(F=3.660,P<0.005).Regression analysis showed that the number of training sessions in the past three years significantly predicted multicultural counseling knowledge(B=2.408,P<0.05).Age significantly predicted their multi⁃cultural counseling awareness(B=0.194,P<0.05),and number of years in working significantly predicted total score of MCKAS(B=0.495,P<0.001).Conclusion:Different therapeutic approaches have an impact on multicultural awareness.Participation in training and increasing years of work experience can effectively enhance multicultural counseling compe⁃tence.
