摘　　要：在信息化发展和出口提质的背景下,“智慧城市”建设能否成为实现出口贸易高质量发展的推动力量,值得深入探讨。采用多期倍差法,基于2010—2015年中国海关数据、中国工业企业数据和地级市数据,系统分析了“智慧城市”建设对中国企业出口产品质量的作用效果和微观机理。研究发现:“智慧城市”建设显著提升了企业的出口产品质量,在进行倾向得分匹配、工具变量回归和排除其他干扰政策等检验下结论依然成立。进一步分析表明,“智慧城市”建设通过国内中间投入共享效应、进口中间品种类效应和技术创新效应来推动出口产品质量升级。这种出口提质效应存在城市、企业和行业异质性,对东部地区城市、低行政级别城市、民营企业、高国内增加值率企业、技术密集型行业和高数字化水平行业的影响更为突出。研究对于利用城市信息化建设培育出口贸易新优势具有重要意义。Under the background of information development and export quality improvement,whether the construction of“smart city”can be a driving force for the high-quality development of export trade is worth further discussion.This paper discusses the impact of“smart city”construction on Export Trade Quality of Enterprises.We adopt the multiphase difference-in-differences design to systematically analyze the influence taken by the construction of“smart city”on export product quality of Chinese enterprises and its affection mechanism,which is based on China Customs Data,China Industrial Enterprise Data and prefecture-level city data from 2010 to 2015.It is found in the researching that the construction of“smart city”obviously improves the export product quality of Chinese enterprises.And this conclusion still works even under inspections like conducting propensity score matching,performing instrumental variable regression,removing other interference policies and so on.The further analysis has shown that the upgrades of product quality can be promoted through the improvement of domestic intermediate input sharing,imported intermediate goods types and technical innovation,which is promoted by the construction of“smart city”.The results of quality improvement in exports haveheterogeneity between cities,enterprises and industries,which has a more prominent impact on cities in the eastern region,low administrative level cities,private enterprises,enterprises with high domestic value-added rate,industries with intensive technology and industries with high digitization level.This paper has great implications for the use of urban information construction to cultivate new advantages of export trade.
