加味白头翁汤灌肠治疗对大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究加味白头翁汤灌肠对大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者细胞因子的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年7月开封市第二中医院收治的90例大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,按照摸球法将其分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组使用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组使用加味白头翁汤灌肠治疗。比较两组炎性因子、不良反应、症状缓解情况及实验室指标。结果治疗后,研究组患者不良反应发生率、实验室指标及血清肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)均低于对照组,且研究组患者临床症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味白头翁汤灌肠治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者,具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of enema with Jiawei Baitouweng Decoction on cytokines in patients with ulcerative colitis of damp-heat type in large intestine.Methods A total of 90 patients with ulcerative colitis caused by dampness and heat of the large intestine admitted to Kaifeng Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,,and they were divided into the study group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the method of touching the ball.The control group was treated with mesalazine,while the study group was treated with Jiawei Baitouweng Decoction by enema.The inflammatory factors,adverse reactions,symptom relief and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions,laboratory indicators,and serum tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-13(IL-13)of patients of the study group were all lower,and the study group had a shorter time to improve clinical symptoms,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis of the damp-heat type by enema with Jiawei Baitouweng Decoction has good clinical efficacy.
