摘 要:目的探讨冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者采用时机理论指导下的赋能教育对自我效能感、服药依从性及自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年5月南阳医专第一附属医院收治的共计136例冠心病PCI患者,按照随机数字表法分成干预组(n=68)与对照组(n=68),对照组采用常规健康教育,干预组采用时机理论指导下的赋能教育,对两组自我效能感、服药依从性及自我管理能力行为进行比较。结果干预3个月后两组自我效能感量表(GSES)评分提高,干预组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组服药依从性(97.06%)较对照组(86.76%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后两组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分提高,干预组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病PCI术患者采用时机理论指导下的赋能教育,可提高自我效能感及服药依从性,改善自我管理行为。Objective To investigate the effects of empowerment education guided by timing theory on self-efficacy,medication compliance,and self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 136 PCI patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into an intervention group(n=68)and a control group(n=68)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine health education,and the intervention group received empowerment education under the guidance of timing theory.The self-efficacy,medication compliance,and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the score of the self-efficacy scale(GSES)of the two groups was improved,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the intervention group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(86.76%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the score of the self-care ability Scale(ESCA)was higher in the intervention group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empowerment education under the guidance of timing theory can improve self-efficacy,medication compliance,and self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI.
