摘　　要：目的探讨活血解毒汤联合阿司匹林治疗对急性心肌梗死患者临床疗效及心功能的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院收治的156例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各78例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,研究组采用活血解毒汤联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组治疗前后每搏量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和肌钙蛋白(CTnT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平与St段和T波(ST-T)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组SV快于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组CTnT、LDH水平和STT均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血解毒汤联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死疗效显著,可有效改善患者心功能及临床症状,减轻其心肌损伤,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Jiedu decoction combined with aspirin on the clinical effect and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 156 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the study group was treated with Huoxue Jiedu decoction combined with aspirin,the stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac troponin T(CTnT),ST segment and T-wave(ST-T)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,SV in the study group was faster than that in the control group,and LVEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CTnT,LDH and ST-T in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Jiedu decoction combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction has significant effect,can effectively improve cardiac function and clinical symptoms of patients,reduce myocardial injury,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
