脓胸的现代外科治疗进展

摘　　要：脓胸是由化脓性细菌引起的感染积脓,不同年龄段均有发生,发病率较高,危害较大。脓胸外科治疗效果存在一定差异,治疗一定的困难及问题,临床应根据脓胸的临床表现、病因结合病理分期,慎重选择手术方式。本文在阐述脓胸病症表现及诊断分期的基础上,结合临床诊疗案例,对脓胸的现代化外科治疗展开综述,以期为脓胸的外科治疗提供参考。Emyema is an infection empyema caused by purulent bacteria,which occurs in different ages,with high incidence and greater harm.There are some differences in the surgical treatment of empyema,and some difficulties and problems in treatment,the surgical method should be selected carefully according to the clinical manifestations,etiology and pathological stages of empyema.Basis on the presentation and diagnosis of empyema,combined with clinical cases,the modern surgical treatment of empyema is summarized in order to provide reference for the surgical treatment of empyema.
