基于精准正骨推拿理念侧卧定点踩跷法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析基于精准正骨推拿理念侧卧定点踩跷法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2020年10月至2021年3月本院收治的100例急性腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,将2020年10—12月入院的50例患者纳入对照组,给予传统推拿手法治疗,将2021年1—3月入院的50例患者纳入观察组,给予基于精准正骨推拿理念侧卧定点踩跷法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组VAS评分组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较:治疗1、2个疗程后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且治疗2个疗程后低于治疗1个疗程后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较:治疗1、2个疗程后,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组ODI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于精准正骨推拿理念侧卧定点踩跷法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症效果较为理想,可减轻患者腰椎疼痛症状,改善患者腰椎功能。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation with lateral lying and standing on stilts based on precise bone-setting massage concept.Methods 100 patients with acute lumbar disc herniation who received treatment in our hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and 50 patients admitted from October to December 2020 were included in the control group and given traditional massage treatment,50 patients admitted from January to March 2021 were included in the observation group and given lateral lying on stilts treatment based on the concept of precise bone-setting massage.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS between the two groups of group,time points and interaction(P<0.05);comparison within group:after 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and after 2 courses of treatment were lower than those after 1 course of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups:after 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 courses of treatment,the ODI scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation with lateral lying and standing on stilts based on precise bone-setting massage concept is ideal,which can reduce the symptoms of lumbar pain and improve the function of lumbar spine.
