摘  要:目的探讨重组人生长激素(rhGH)结合生活方式管理对特发性矮小症(ISS)患儿生长发育及血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2021年5月本院收治的70例ISS患儿作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组行常规生活方式管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予rhGH治疗,比较两组生长发育指标、IGF-1水平。结果干预前,两组生长速率(GV)、身高标准差(SDS)比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,两组GV、身高SDS均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组IGF-1水平比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,两组IGF-1水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rhGH结合生活方式管理在ISS患儿中应用价值较高,可调节IGF-1水平,促进患儿生长发育,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined with lifestyle management on growth and developmentand and serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods 70 children with ISS admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine lifestyle management,and the observation group was given rhGH on the basis of the control group,the growth and development indicators and IGF-1 levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in growth rate(GV)and height standard deviation(SDS)between the two groups;after the intervention,the GV and height SDS of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the level of IGF-1 between the two groups;after the intervention,the levels of IGF-1 of the two groups were higher than that before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion rhGH combined with lifestyle management has high application value in children with ISS,which can regulate the level of IGF-1 and promote the growth and development of children,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
