摘　　要：DKA合并白色念珠菌感染会造成全身皮肤多处破溃,迁延不愈,增加治疗护理难度。采取针对性的护理措施可纠正患儿酮症酸中毒,改善血糖水平,恢复皮肤破溃症状,促进患儿康复。本研究通过分析1例1型糖尿病(T1DM)酮症酸中毒合并白色念珠菌感染患儿皮肤破溃原因,对采用针对性的护理措施进行总结,以期为今后相关临床工作积累经验并提供参考。Diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with Candida albicans infection can cause multiple skin ulceration in the whole body,which is delayed and does not heal,and treatment and nursing are more difficult.Targeted nursing measures can correct the ketoacidosis in children,improve the blood glucose level,restore the symptoms of skin rupture,and promote the recovery of children.This study analyzed the causes of skin rupture in a case of type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)with ketoacidosis complicated with Candida albicans infection,and summarized the relevant nursing measures,in order to accumulate experience and provide reference for future clinical work.
