摘 要:数字经济为我国绿色发展带来了新机遇,发挥数字产品的技术特征有利于实现科学降污减排。为研究数字产品进口如何影响企业环境绩效,本文从数字产品智能化水平高、技术外溢强两大特征出发,阐明了数字产品进口影响企业环境绩效的理论机制,并使用2000—2014年中国工业企业、污染、海关的匹配数据进行实证分析。结果表明,企业数字产品进口有利于降低企业污染排放强度,该结论在考虑了内生性等问题后仍成立;同时,出口企业、不受环境规制行业和技术密集型行业企业能够从数字产品进口中获得更强的环境效应。机制检验发现,数字产品进口能够通过提高企业资源利用效率、提升企业盈利水平、改善企业生产率、激励企业创新来达到降低企业污染排放强度的目的。从企业数字产品进口状态构成的视角分解行业污染排放强度后发现,由持续进口、非进口转进口、新进入进口构成的行业内企业数字产品进口状态变动是驱动中国行业整体污染水平下降的重要因素。本文丰富了现有数字贸易研究,为企业绿色发展提供了政策启示。Digital economy has brought new opportunities for the green development of Chinese economy,and the technological characteristics of digital products are conducive to scientific pollution reduction and emission reduction.In order to study how the import of digital products affects the environmental performance of enterprises,this paper expounds the theoretical mechanism of the impact of the import of digital products on the environmental performance of enterprises from the two characteristics of high intelligence level of digital products and strong technology spillover,and uses the Chinese industrial enterprise database,customs database and pollution database from 2000 to 2014 for empirical analysis.The results show that the import of digital products is beneficial to reduce the emission intensity of enterprises,and this conclusion is still valid after considering the endogenous problems.At the same time,enterprises that export enterprises,industries free from environmental regulations and technology-intensive industries can obtain stronger environmental effects from the import of digital products.The mechanism test shows that the import of enterprise digital products can reduce the emission intensity of enterprise by improving the efficiency of enterprise resource utilization,improving enterprise profitability,improving enterprise productivity and encouraging enterprise innovation.According to the decomposition of industrial pollution emission intensity from the perspective of the composition of enterprise digital product import status,it is found that the change of enterprise digital product import status in the industry composed of continuous import,non-import conversion and new import is an important factor driving the overall pollution level of China's industry to decline.This study has enriched the existing digital trade literature and provided policy suggestions for enterprises to improve environmental performance and economic green development.
