中药序贯法联合耳穴压豆治疗药物流产后阴道流血临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药序贯法联合耳穴压豆运用于药物流产后阴道流血的临床效果。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年3月江西中医药大学附属医院自愿行药物流产的病例120例作为试验对象。随机分为试验组、对照组,每组60例。对照组:米非司酮片联合米索前列醇片。试验组:对照组基础上加用中药序贯法联合耳穴压豆。结果 试验组阴道出血量重度的病例占11.67%(7/60),明显低于对照组的26.67%(16/60)(P<0.05)。试验组阴道出血时间(10.52±2.46)d显著少于对照组的(12.82±2.77)d(P<0.01)。试验组完全流产率95.00%(57/60)高于对照组的81.67%(49/60)(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率90.00%(54/60)高于对照组的75.00%(45/60)(P<0.05)。结论 在使用米非司酮片联合米索前列醇片药物流产的前提下加用中药序贯法以及耳穴压豆疗法可降低药物流产之后的阴道流血量以及阴道流血时间,提高临床的完全流产率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine sequential method combined with auricular point pressing on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods A total of 120 cases of voluntary drug abortion in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given Mifepristone tablets combined with misoprostol tablets.The experimental group was given Chinese medicine sequential method combined with auricular point press-ing on the basis of the control group.Results The severe amount of vaginal bleeding in experimental group accounted for 11.67%(7/60),which was significantly lower than that in control group(26.67%,16/60)(P<0.05).The duration of vaginal bleeding in experimen-tal group(10.52±2.46)d was significantly lower than that in control group(12.82±2.77)d(P<0.01).The total abortion rate of the experi-mental group was 95.00%(57/60),which was higher than that of the control group(81.67%,49/60)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.00%(54/60),which was higher than that of control group(75.00%,45/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the premise of using Mifepristone tablets combined with misoprostol tablets for medical abortion,Chinese medicine sequential method and auricular point pressing therapy can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and vaginal bleeding time after medical abortion,and in-crease the clinical rate of complete abortion.
