益气降湿降浊汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析益气降湿降浊汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病对患者的肾功能及血清炎性因子的影响。方法 回顾性选取2019年2月—2021年2月江西省宜丰县宜丰中医院糖尿病肾病患者100例,依据治疗方法分为益气降湿降浊汤加减治疗组(中医治疗组)、常规性西医治疗组2组,每组50例,统计分析2组患者的中医证候积分、生活质量、血清血流动力学水平、肾功能、血清炎性因子水平、血糖达标情况、低血糖发生情况。结果 治疗后,中医治疗组患者的中医证候积分、血浆比黏度、全血比黏度、各项肾功能指标水平、各项血清炎性因子水平均低于常规性西医治疗组(P<0.05),简易生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于常规性西医治疗组(P<0.05)。中医治疗组患者的总有效率86.00%(43/50)高于常规性西医治疗组的62.00%(31/50)(P<0.05)。中医治疗组患者的血糖达标率98.00%(49/50)高于常规性西医治疗组的84.00%(42/50),低血糖发生率2.00%(1/50)低于常规性西医治疗组的16.00%(8/50)。结论 在糖尿病肾病治疗中应用益气降湿降浊汤加减能够有效改善患者的肾功能,降低患者的血清炎性反应因子水平。Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Jiangshi Jiangzhuo decoction on the renal function and serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A retrospective selection of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in Yifeng Hos-pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2021 were divided into two groups according to the treatment method as Yiqi Jiangshi Jiangzhuo decoction modified treatment group(TCM treatment group)and conventional Western medicine treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.TCM syndrome score,quality of life,serum hemodynamic level,renal function,serum in-flammatory factor level,blood glucose attainment and hypoglycemia occurrence of patients in 2 groups were statistically analyzed.Re-sults After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,plasma specific viscosity,whole blood specific viscosity,renal function indexes and se-rum inflammatory factors in the TCM treatment group were all lower than those in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05),and the simple Quality of Life Scale(SF-36)score was higher than that in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the TCM treatment group was 86.00%(43/50),which was higher than that of 62.00%(31/50)in conventional Western treatment group(P<0.05).The blood glucose compliance rate in the TCM treatment group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than that in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(84.00%,42/50),and the incidence of hypogly-cemia in the TCM treatment group was 2.00%(1/50)lower than that in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(16.00%,8/50).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,Yiqi Jiangshi Jiangzhuo decoction can effectively improve the patient’s re-nal function and reduce the patient’s serum inflammatory response factor level.
