小建中汤方证辨析

摘　　要：文章从小建中汤的方源入手,回顾了历代医家对小建中汤的论述及其现代临床应用,总结出诸医家对此方的应用多着眼于中焦脾胃虚寒证,以其调补阴阳之力,达“建中”之功,现代临床多用于治疗胃肠道溃疡性、炎症性疾病属中焦虚寒或肝脾不和者,并从桂枝-白芍药对配伍的功用以及现代药理学研究阐释二者配伍之后解热、镇痛、抗炎、调气活血作用更为明显,并着重对小建中汤配伍白芍的意义进行阐述,且分析虚劳腹痛的主要病机是因虚致瘀,不通则痛,提出此方的功用除温中补虚、柔肝缓急之外,尚有通阳化瘀、调整气血的功效。Starting with the source of Xiaojianzhong decoction,this paper reviewed the discussion of Xiaojianzhong decoction by doc-tors of previous dynasties and its modern clinical application,and summarized that various doctors focus on the syndrome of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach in Zhongjiao,and use it to regulate and supplement yin and yang to achieve the function of“Jianzhong”.Modern clinic is mostly used to treat ulcerative and inflammatory diseases of gastrointestinal tract,which belong to deficiency cold of Zhongjiao or disharmony between liver and spleen.From the compatibility function of Cinnamon Twig and white peony and modern pharmacological research,it is explained that the antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,qi regulating and blood activating effects are more obvious after the compatibility of the two,and the significance of Xiaojianzhong decoction combined with white peony is em-phatically expounded.The main pathogenesis of abdominal pain due to asthenia is blood stasis due to asthenia,and pain due to ob-struction.It is proposed that the function of this prescription is not only warming the middle,tonifying the deficiency and softening the liver,it can also dredge yang,remove blood stasis and adjust qi and blood.
