结合《杂病心法要诀》探析腰痛

摘　　要：《杂病心法要诀》基于古代著名医家的论述,对内科杂病有较为详实的记录。近年来腰痛在青中老年中发病率逐渐上升,《杂病心法要诀》将对此病的论述概括为5首歌诀,对腰痛的认识和临床实践具有参考意义。书中更是将腰痛病因概括为肾虚、风、寒、湿、痰饮、气滞、血瘀、湿热以及外伤闪挫九者,各种成因所致腰痛之状各有差异,临证时需仔细辨别。针对不同成因的腰痛,治疗则有青娥丸、安肾丸、独活寄生汤等方药。此文尚补充了腰痛的中医非药物疗法及现代研究,并附有1则寒湿腰痛的临床医案。Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases based on the ancient famous doctors of the discussion,miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine has a more detailed record.In recent years,the incidence of lumbago in the young and middle-aged is gradually rising.The discussion of this disease in Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases was summarized as 5 songs,which has reference significance for the under-standing and clinical practice of lumbago.In the book,the etiology of low back pain was summarized as kidney deficiency,wind,cold,dampness,phlegm and fluid,qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness and heat,as well as nine cases of traumatic.For different causes of lumbago,there are Qing’e pill,Anshen pill,Duhuo Jisheng decoction and other remedies.This article also supplemented the tradi-tional Chinese medicine non-drug therapy and modern research of lumbago,and attached a clinical case of dampness-cold lumbago.
