郑玉玲教授诊治食管癌学术思想探析

摘　　要：阐释郑玉玲教授食管癌“双病位”学术思想。郑玉玲教授继承先贤论述,结合自身临床实践,提出了食管癌“双病位”理论,认为在食管癌发展的不同阶段,其直接病位虽均在食管,但间接病位有所不同。该理论是整体观念在食管癌辨证中的具体体现,纠正了以往气血津液辨证的不足,将脏腑辨证融入食管癌证治,进一步规范了食管癌的辨证分型。此文论述了郑玉玲教授辨证重在调脏腑,论治注重气血痰,整体与局部相结合等诊疗理念,学术特点鲜明,便于临床推广。The academic thought of Professor Zheng Yuling on“double site”of esophageal cancer was clarified.Inheriting the dis-course of our predecessors and combining it with her own clinical practice,Professor Zheng Yuling put forward the theory of“double site”of esophageal cancer,held that although the direct site of esophageal cancer was in the esophagus at different stages of develop-ment,while the indirect site was different.This theory is the concrete embodiment of the whole concept in the syndrome differentiation of esophageal cancer,which breaks through the previous disadvantages of qi,blood and body fluid differentiation,integrates the syn-drome differentiation of viscera into the treatment of esophageal cancer,and further standardizes the syndrome differentiation of esophageal cancer.Syndrome differentiation and treatment focus on the regulation of the viscera,the treatment of qi,blood and phlegm,and integration of the whole with the part,which has distinct academic characteristics and is convenient for clinical promotion.
