百合固金汤联合发酵虫草菌粉治疗肺肾阴虚型肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨百合固金汤联合发酵虫草菌粉治疗肺肾阴虚型肺癌的临床效果。方法 选取赣州市肿瘤医院内科中心2020年7月—2022年3月收治的肺肾阴虚型肺癌患者60例,对照组(30例)采用西医常规治疗、观察组(30例)在对照组基础上服用百合固金汤联合发酵虫草菌粉。观察治疗后2组临床效果、临床症状缓解时间及免疫指标。结果 观察组、对照组总有效率分别为96.7%(29/30)、83.3%(25/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乏力、气促、咳嗽、口干、盗汗缓解时间分别为(12.90±0.45)d、(10.93±0.39)d、(10.97±0.37)d、(11.37±0.35)d、(9.37±0.30)d,均短于对照组的(15.23±0.45)d、(13.46±0.44)d、(13.53±0.42)d、(14.10±0.40)d、(12.27±0.42)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组免疫指标水平改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 百合固金汤联合发酵虫草菌粉治疗肺肾阴虚型肺癌,不仅能够缓解患者的临床症状,提高肿瘤治疗效果,还能增强患者的免疫功能,值得深入研究。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with fermented cordyceps powder in the treatment of lung-kidney yin deficiency lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with lung-kidney yin deficiency lung cancer who were admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from July 2020 to March 2022 were selected.The control group of 30 cases was given West-ern medicine conventional treatment,and the observation group of 30 cases was given Baihe Gujin decoction combined with fermented cordyceps powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time and immune indexes of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 96.7%(29/30)and 83.3%(25/30),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of fatigue,shortness of breath,cough,dry mouth and night sweats in the observation group were(12.90±0.45)d,(10.93±0.39)d,(10.97±0.37)d,(11.37±0.35)d and(9.37±0.30)d,respectively,which were shorter than(15.23±0.45)d,(13.46±0.44)d,(13.53±0.42)d,(14.10±0.40)d and(12.27±0.42)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of immune indexes in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baihe Gujin decoction combined with fermented cordyceps fungus powder for lung and kidney yin deficiency lung cancer patients can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the curative effect of tumor treatment,but also enhance the immune function of the patients,which is worthy of further study.
