摘　　要：腹痛是指胃脘以下,耻骨毛际以上的部位发生疼痛的症状,是临床上常见的胃肠系统疾病之一。其病因复杂,可分为外感和内伤两类。具体而言,外感可因感受风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火等六淫邪气,邪入脏腑经络,阻塞经脉气血,损伤脏腑,不通则痛而致;内伤可因素体禀赋不足、劳倦内伤、饮食失调、七情失节、脏腑经脉失于荣养等,不荣则痛。作者认为,虚劳腹痛属于腹痛的一种证型,以中气虚衰、水湿困脾、脾胃升降失司、肝胆抑郁为根本,外感六淫邪气或是饮食失宜、七情失调等为标,因此治疗上从健运中气着手,兼顾外邪、七情、饮食等,临床上运用小建中汤有较为满意的效果。Abdominal pain refers to the symptoms of pain below the stomach duct and above the pubic hairline,which is one of the com-mon gastrointestinal diseases in clinical practice.Its causes are complicated and can be divided into external and internal diseases.Spe-cifically,external diseases can be caused by six pathogenic factors such as wind,cold,heat,dampness,dryness and fire,the main inter-nal injuries are deficiency of natural endowment,fatigue,internal injury,eating disorders,seven disorders,internal organs and merid-ians loss of health,or pain.The author held that abdominal pain due to deficiency of qi and deficiency of spleen due to dampness and stagnation of the spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder depression,six pathogenic factors due to exogenous pathogenic factors or im-proper diet,and seven emotional disorders are the criteria for the treatment of abdominal pain based on syndrome differentiation,there-fore,the treatment starts with invigorating qi in the body,and takes into account external evil,seven emotions,diet,and so on.
