血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年4月期间在福建省福能集团总医院就诊的冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病心绞痛患者,总计75例。根据入院后采取治疗措施的不同,分为对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上应用血府逐瘀汤加减,对比2组的效果。结果 治疗后,研究组患者血脂水平指标明显改善;心绞痛积分显著降低,心绞痛发作时间与发作次数明显减少;心功能指标明显好转;治疗有效率为97.4%(37/38),显著高于对照组的81.1%(30/37);不良反应发生率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血府逐瘀汤加减治疗治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病心绞痛效果显著,建议临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart dis-ease.Methods 75 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from Sep-tember 2020 to April 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into groups according to the treatment measures.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.On this basis,the study group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment in the study group,the blood lipid level of the pa-tients was significantly improved,angina scores decreased significantly,angina attack time and frequency decreased significantly,the index of cardiac function improved obviously.The effective rate of the study group was 97.4%(37/38),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.1%,30/37).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of an-gina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
