辛温解表药治疗老年骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究辛温解表药治疗老年性骨性关节炎的效果。方法 选取萍乡市中医院2020年4月—2021年10月间骨科住院部收治的老年骨性关节炎患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用辨证论治,观察组在对照组的基础上应用辛温解表药,对比2组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、肿胀以及压痛体征评分。结果 治疗后,观察组的JOA评分高于对照组,VAS评分、WOMAC评分及肿胀、压痛体征评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在辨证论治的基础上对老年性骨性关节炎患者施以辛温解表药,可以缓解患者的体征和疼痛,其综合疗效更为理想,值得临床研究和借鉴。Objective To study the effect of relieving heat and expelling surface drugs in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis.Meth-ods 80 elderly patients with osteoarthritis treated in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with syndrome differentiation,and the observation group was treated with relieving heat and expelling surface drugs on the basis of the con-trol group.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment score(JOA)score,McMaster University of Western Ontario Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score,swelling and tenderness sign score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the VAS score,WOMAC score and swelling and tenderness sign score of the control group were lower,and the dif-ference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the application of re-lieving heat and expelling surface drugs can alleviate the signs and pain of patients with senile osteoarthritis,and its comprehensive curative effect is more ideal,which is worthy of clinical research and reference.
