独活寄生汤联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究独活寄生汤联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法 选取南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组与研究组,每组40例。给予所有患者常规西药、小针刀治疗,研究组加用独活寄生汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后腰椎功能评分、炎性因子、疼痛介质变化情况。结果 治疗后,研究组患者腰椎功能评分高于参照组,血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PEG2)水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 独活寄生汤联合小针刀可以改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎功能,减轻炎症反应和疼痛程度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupotomy in treating lumbar disc her-niation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional Western medi-cine and acupotomy.The study group was given additionally Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The changes of lumbar function scores,inflam-matory factors and pain mediators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,lumbar function score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PEG2)levels were lower than that of the reference group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupotomy can improve the lumbar function of pa-tients with lumbar disc herniation and reduce the inflammatory response and pain degree.
