摘　　要：目的 观察平衡火罐联合中药熏蒸治疗腰痛病气滞血瘀证的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月大连市中医医院骨伤二病房收治的132例腰痛病气滞血瘀证患者,将其随机分成1个对照组和3个研究组,各33例。对照组予以常规治疗。研究1组:在常规治疗基础上,增加中药熏蒸疗法,每日1次,每次30 min。研究2组:在常规治疗的基础上,增加平衡火罐治疗,每周一、周三、周五各1次。研究3组:在常规治疗的基础上,增加中药熏蒸疗法,每日1次,每次30 min,并增加平衡火罐治疗,每周一、周三、周五各1次。4组均治疗2周。对4组临床疗效进行分析和比较。结果 研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 平衡火罐联合中药熏蒸治疗腰痛病气滞血瘀证可有效缓解患者的症状及体征,临床效果良好,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of balanced cupping combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of low back pain.Methods 132 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of low back pain treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into one control group and three study groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.Study group 1 received Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of conventional treatment,once a day for 30 min each time.Study group 2 re-ceived balanced cupping therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,once every Monday,Wednesday and Friday.Study group 3 re-ceived Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of conventional treatment once a day for 30 min each time and balanced cupping therapy once every Monday,Wednesday and Friday.All four groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effects of the four groups were analyzed and compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Balanced cupping combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of low back pain can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients,has better clinical effect,and is worthy of popu-larization.
