摘　　要：目的 分析穴位按摩对癫痫患者抑郁程度、持续时间及发作次数的影响。方法 选取南昌市洪都中医院2019年5月—2021年2月收治的120例癫痫患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上增加穴位按摩,比较2组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、癫痫发作情况。结果 观察组护理后HAMD评分低于对照组;观察组每次癫痫发作持续时间短于对照组、每月发作次数少于对照组。2组的抑郁程度评分、癫痫发作情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用穴位按摩对癫痫患者进行护理,可以改善抑郁程度、抑制癫痫发作,推荐临床使用。Objective To analyze the influence of acupoint massage on depression degree,duration and frequency of seizures in pa-tients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 120 patients with epilepsy admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the ob-servation group was given acupoint massage on the basis of the nursing of the control group.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and seizures were compared between the two groups.Results The HAMD score of observation group was lower than that of control group.The duration of each seizure in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of seizures per month was less than that in the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in depression score and seizure status(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage can improve the degree of depression and inhibit epileptic seizures.It is recommended for clinical use.
