蠲痹汤加减结合神经根封闭治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察蠲痹汤加减结合神经根封闭治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的效果。方法 选取2019年5月—2021年5月接收的神经根型颈椎病患者66例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组33例,对照组接受神经根封闭治疗,试验组结合蠲痹汤加减治疗。对比2组治疗效果,中医证候积分,治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SDS)、抑郁自评量表(SAS)评分情况,治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)情况。结果 治疗前,2组中医证候积分、SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分和JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分、SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分和JOA评分均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组总有效率96.97%(32/33)显著高于对照组的90.91%(30/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 蠲痹汤加减结合神经根封闭治疗神经根型颈椎病患者效果显著,可多加推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Juanbi decoction combined with nerve root closure in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 66 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received nerve root closure therapy,and the experimental group received combined treatment with Juanbi decoction.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SDS),self-rating Depression Scale(SAS)scores before and after treatment,visual ana-logue Scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment,and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Score(JOA)were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,SDS score,SAS score,VAS score and JOA score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,SDS score,SAS score,VAS score and JOA score were all decreased in 2 groups,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 96.97%(32/33),which was significantly higher than that of control group(90.91%,30/33),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Juanbi decoction combined with nerve root closure has a significant effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients,and can be further promoted and applied.
