摘　　要：内伤病证是指由于内伤饮食、劳逸失调、情志过度而发生的疾病,病机为脏腑气血亏虚、气机升降失常,病位在里,病性属虚或虚实夹杂。内伤病证症状繁杂,治疗不易,若独辟蹊径,从调畅气机入手,则起效颇快。王平教授长期致力于《黄帝内经》理论与经方研究,效仲景治外感、法东垣治内伤,临证治疗疑难病症经验丰富。文章首先从临证知常达变、擅长调畅气机、重视脾胃升降3个方面介绍王平教授的治疗经验,然后通过1则内伤病证的医案来验证王平教授的学术思想,最后通过三仁汤、半夏泻心汤、清暑益气汤的简单鉴别,指导临床应用。Internal injury syndrome refers to the disease caused by internal injury,diet,imbalance of work and rest,and excessive emotion.The pathogenesis is deficiency of qi and blood in the zang-fu organs,abnormal ascending and descending of qi movement.The disease is located in the body,and the nature of the disease belongs to deficiency or mixture of deficiency and excess.The symp-toms of internal injury syndrome are complex and difficult to treat.If we find a unique way and start with regulating qi,the effect will be quite fast.Professor Wang Ping has devoted himself to the study of Huangdi Neijing.He used Zhang Zhongjing to treat exogenous injuries and Li Dongyuan to treat internal injuries.This paper first introduced the tutor’s treatment experience from three aspects as follows:knowing the constant change of clinical syndrome,being good at regulating qi machine and paying attention to the rise and fall of spleen and stomach,then verified Professor Wang Ping’s academic thought through a medical case of internal injury syndrome,and finally guided the clinical use through the simple differentiation of Sanren decoction,Banxia Xiexin decoction and Qingshu Yiqi decoc-tion.
