三圣地肤膏对慢性湿疹模型大鼠血清干扰素-γ及白细胞介素-33表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨三圣地肤膏对慢性湿疹模型大鼠血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素-33(IL-33)表达的影响。方法 将雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、不同浓度三圣地肤膏干预组(三低组、三中组、三高组)、阳性对照干预组(地米组),观察皮损评分及病理组织变化,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测干预后大鼠血清中IFN-γ、IL-33含量。结果 与正常组比较,模型组血清IFN-γ降低;与模型组比较,各干预组血清IFN-γ均有升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与正常组比较,造模后各组IL-33表达升高;与模型组比较,各干预组IL-33表达均降低,其中三高组、地米组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 三圣地肤膏能调节湿疹模型大鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-33含量,其作用机制可能与调节辅助T细胞1/辅助T细胞2(Th1/Th2)炎性因子表达有关。Objective To investigate the effects of Sansheng Difu ointment on the expression of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and inter-leukin-33(IL-33)in chronic eczema model rats.Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,inter-vention group with different concentrations of Sansheng Difu ointment(Sandi group,Sangzhong group,Sangao group)and positive con-trol group(Dimi group).The changes of skin lesion score and pathological tissue were observed,and the serum contents of IFN-γand IL-33 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with normal group,serum IFN-γdecreased in model group.Compared with model group,serum IFN-γwas increased in all intervention groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the normal group,the expression of IL-33 increased in each group after modeling.Compared with model group,IL-33 expression de-creased in all intervention groups,and the difference between Sangao group and Dimi group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion External therapy of Sansheng Difu ointment can treat eczema effectively,which may be associated with their effects in regulating the expression of inflammatory factors of Th1/Th2.
