耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩中医护理干预对鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛程度和鼻功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩中医护理干预对鼻窦炎手术患者疼痛程度和鼻功能恢复的影响。方法 选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的124例鼻窦炎手术患者,根据不同护理方案分为中医组、常规组,每组62例。常规组给予常规护理干预,中医组在常规护理基础上给予耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩中医护理干预。比较2组患者干预前后疼痛程度。随访3个月,比较2组鼻功能恢复情况。结果 中医组总有效率为96.77%(60/62),高于常规组的85.48%(53/62)(P<0.05);中医组鼻内镜(Lund-Kennedy)评分低于常规组,生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后6 h、24 h、48 h的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);中医组并发症发生率为1.61%(1/62),低于常规组的11.29%(7/62)(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩中医护理干预能有效减轻鼻窦炎手术患者疼痛感,降低并发症风险,加快鼻功能恢复速度,提高鼻窦炎患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint massage for intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the pain degree and nasal function recovery of patients with sinusitis after operation.Methods A total of 124 patients with sinus surgery admitted to Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group and conventional group according to different nursing plans,with 62 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine nursing intervention,and the TCM group was given auricular point sticking combined with acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing.The pain degree before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.The two groups were followed up for 3 months to compare the recovery of nasal function.Results The total ef-fective rate of TCM group was 96.77%(60/62),which was higher than 85.48%(53/62)of conventional group(P<0.05).The score of na-sal endoscopy(Lund-Kennedy)in TCM group was lower than that in conventional group,and the score of quality of life scale(SF-36)was higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The visual analogue Scale(VAS)scores at 6 h,24 h and 48 h in the TCM group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the TCM group was 1.61%(1/62),which was lower than that in the conventional group(11.29%,7/62)(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular point sticking combined with acupoint massage for intervention of TCM nursing can effectively reduce the pain of patients with sinusitis,re-duce the risk of complications,speed up the recovery of nasal function,and improve the quality of life of patients with sinusitis.It is worth popularizing.
