摘 要:目的:探讨高尿酸血症(HUA)与代谢综合征(MetS)及其组分间的关系。方法:调查对象为2022年6月至10月在佳木斯大学附属第一医院体检中心进行健康体检的人群,调查内容分为问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查3个方面。根据诊断标准将人群分为HUA组和非HUA组。采用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行t检验、χ^(2)检验、Kruskal-Wallis H检验比较HUA与非HUA人群指标差异,采用Spearman秩相关分析和有序Logistic回归分析分析高尿酸血症与代谢综合征组分的关系。结果:研究纳入612例研究对象,HUA患病率为27.78%,HUA患病男女间存在差异(χ^(2)=62.505,P<0.001),MetS患病为31.37%,MetS患病男女间存在差异(χ^(2)=22.380,P<0.001)。MetS组分中TG升高(χ^(2)=52.94,P<0.001)、HDL-C降低(χ^(2)=42.05,P<0.001)、血压升高(χ^(2)=23.03,P<0.001)在HUA与非HUA组间差异有统计学意义。随着MetS组分数目的增加,SUA水平呈上升趋势,二者存在中等程度的相关,并且不同MetS组分数目间SUA水平存在差异(H=112.95,P<0.001)。调整性别、年龄后,TG升高、腰围增加是影响HUA患病的因素OR值及95%CI分别为:2.870(1.903~4.327)、3.381(1.602~7.138)。有序Logistic回归发现,非HUA患者患多种MetS组分的可能性低于HUA患者,OR=0.381(P<0.001,95%CI:0.270~0.538)。结论:高尿酸血症与代谢综合征中TG升高和腰围增加这两个组分密切相关;越有患多种MetS组分数目越多,血尿酸水平越高;高尿酸血症患者患者更有可能患多种MetS组分,MetS患病风险更高。Objective:To explore the relationship between hyperuricemia(HUA)and metabolic syndrome(MetS)and its components.Methods:The subjects of the survey were:people who underwent physical examination at the Physical Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from June to October 2022.The survey content was divided into three aspects:questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory examination.According to the diagnostic criteria,the population was divided into HUA group and non-HUA group.Statistical software SPSS 21.0 was used to perform t test 2 test and Kruskal-Wallis H test to compare the differences in indicators between HUA and non-HUA populations.Spearman rank correlation analysis and ordered Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome components.Results:The study included 612 subjects,the prevalence of HUA was 27.78%,and there were differences between men and women with HUA(χ^(2)=62.505,P<0.001),The prevalence of MetS is 31.37%,and there are differences between men and women with MetS(χ^(2)=62.505,P<0.001).In the MetS component,TG increased(χ^(2)=52.94,P<0.001),HDL-C decreased(χ^(2)=42.05,P<0.001),and blood pressure increased(χ^(2)=23.03,P<0.001),and there were statistically significant differences between HUA and non-HUA groups.With the increase of the number of MetS components,the SUA level showed an upward trend,and there was a moderate degree of correlation between the two,and there were differences in the SUA levels between different MetS component numbers(H=112.95,P<0.001).After adjusting gender and age,the OR value and 95%CI of increased TG and increased waist circumference were 2.870(1.903~4.327)and 3.381(1.602~7.138)respectively.Ordinal Logistic regression found that non-HUA patients were less likely to suffer from multiple MetS components than HUA patients,OR=0.381(P<0.001,95%CI:0.270~0.538).Conclusions:Hyperuricemia is closely related to elevated TG and increased waist circumference in metabo
