卢敏教授从“虚、瘀、毒”论治股骨头缺血性坏死的经验

摘　　要：股骨头缺血性坏死属于中医学“骨蚀”“骨痿”“骨痹”“髋骨痹”范畴。卢敏教授认为股骨头缺血性坏死病机为本虚标实,其特点为“虚、瘀、毒”并存,故在临证时多注重扶正固本,卫外解毒,活血化瘀,通络止痛。卢敏教授针对股骨头缺血性坏死的不同伴随症状,采取不同的康复策略,予以个体化治疗,改善肢体的活动功能,缓解疾病症状,延缓疾病进展,对于提高患者的生活质量起到积极作用。Avascular necrosis of femoral head belongs to the categories of"bone lesion""bone flaccidity""bone impediment",and"hip bone impediment"in Chinese medicine.Professor LU Min believes that the pathogenesis of avascular necrosis of femoral head is root deficiency and manifestation excess,and is characterized by the coexistence of"deficiency,stasis,and toxin",so he focuses more on reinforcing healthy qi to strengthen the body,defending external pathogenic factors and removing toxins,circulating blood and transforming stasis,and unblocking collaterals and relieving pain.Professor LU Min adopts different rehabilitation strategies for different accompanying symptoms of avascular necrosis of femoral head,and gives individual treatment to improve limb function,alleviate symptoms,and delay disease progression,which can play a positive role in improving the life quality of patients.
