摘　　要：总结乳腺癌相关抑郁状态的治疗思路与方法,认为乳腺癌相关抑郁状态发生的重要病机在于“水寒木郁”,阳虚水寒乃病之根本,肝木郁结乃病之肇始,水寒则不能温养肝木,木郁则条达之性失常,木郁则不能生火,君火不明,心神失养。并由此提出主张温肾燮肝,注重温补肾阳以培元,同时不忘燮理肝木以解郁,以期肝肾同治。This paper aims to summarize the treatment ideas and methods of breast cancer-related depression.The author believes that the important pathogenesis of breast cancer-related depression is"water cold resulting in wood stagnation".To be more specific,coldness in the kidney(pertaining to the water according to the five-element theory)due to yang deficiency is the root of the disease,while qi stagnation of the liver(pertaining to the wood)is the beginning of the disease.Cold kidney-water can not warm and nourish liver-wood,leading to liver qi stagnation and failure to flow freely.Eventually,the stagnant liver-wood can not generate the heart-fire(the heart pertaining to the fire),thus the sovereign fire(heart fire)isn't strong enough,causing the failure of the heart spirit to be nourished.Therefore,it is proposed to warm the kidney and regulate the liver,that is,to warm and tonify the kidney yang to cultivate original yang qi,as well as to regulate the liver qi and blood to resolve stagnation,in the hope of treating the kidney and liver together.
