摘  要:在回采松散尾砂充填体下的顶柱时,通常会预留一定厚度的护顶层以防止上覆松散尾砂充填体发生垮塌,而留设护顶层势必会导致矿石资源的损失。针对此问题,提出了无预留护顶层的顶柱回采方法,其核心是在上下盘阶段运输平巷内向尾砂充填体内间隔布置注浆锚索与锚杆,形成人工假顶以维持采场顶柱的稳定性,从而完全回采顶柱。详细介绍了该方法的技术内容与施工工艺,并阐述了该方法的优势。以国内某铅锌矿为例,对不留护顶层与预留护顶层的顶柱回采方案进行了经济效益方面的比较,结果表明:当采用不留护顶层的矿柱回采方案时,每个采场生产经营收益可增加140.78万元,极大地提高了矿山效益,同时降低了矿石资源的损失率。A certain thickness of the protective roof layer is usually reserved to prevent the collapse of the overlying loose tailings filling body during the the roof pillar recovery under loose tailings filling body.However,retaining the protective roof layer will inevitably lead to the loss of ore resources.Aiming at this problem,a roof pillars recovery method without retaining the protective roof layer was proposed.The haulage roadway of hanging and foot walls was used to arrange grouted anchor cables and bolts at intervals in the tailings filling body.Artificial false roof was formed to maintain the stability of roof pillars and recover roof pillars completely.The technical contents and construction technologies of the method were introduced in detail,and the advantages of the technology were expounded.Taking a lead-zinc mine in China as an example,the economic comparison of the roof pillar recovery method with or without retaining the protective roof layer was carried out.The results show that when the roof pillar recovery method without retaining the protective roof layer is adopted,the production and operation benefit of each stope can be increased by RMB 1.4078 million,which greatly improves the mine benefit and reduces the loss of ore resources.
