摘  要:为保障某铁矿深部二期矿体开采安全,留设合理的水平隔离矿柱,通过分析矿山开采现状及工程地质条件,初步确定15 m、20 m和25 m 3个方案的水平隔离矿柱厚度,采用MidasGTS软件建立三维模型,运用FLAC3D软件模拟分析矿山二期采场回采后保安矿柱的位移、应力变化、塑性破坏状况。模拟结果表明:3个方案中矿柱的最大位移分别为5.57 cm、5.48 cm和5.38 cm;最大拉应力分别为0.52 MPa、0.43 MPa和0.40 MPa;方案1产生了连片密集塑性单元,且矿柱局部区域被塑性区贯穿,矿柱已发生剪切破坏;方案2和方案3塑性区范围较小,仅出现零星破坏单元。随着水平隔离矿柱厚度减小,矿柱内位移、应力和塑性区均呈增大趋势,矿柱稳定性降低,建议保留不小于20 m的水平隔离矿柱。In order to ensure the safety of the deep second phase ore body mining of an iron mine,reasonable horizontal isolation pillars were set up.By analyzing the current mining situation and engineering geological conditions,three schemes with the thickness of horizontal isolation pillars of 15m,20m,and 25m were preliminarily determined.A three-dimensional model was established using MidasGTS software,and FLAC3D software was used to simulate and analyze the displacement,stress changes,and plastic damage of the safety pillars after the second phase stope being extracted.The results show that the maximum displacement of the pillars in above three schemes is 5.57cm,5.48cm,and 5.38cm,respectively,and the maximum tensile stress is 0.52MPa,0.43MPa,and 0.40MPa,respectively.Scheme 1 has generated contiguous dense plastic units,and local areas of the pillar are penetrated by plastic zones,resulting in shear failure of the pillar.The plastic zone range of Scheme 2 and Scheme 3 is relatively small,with only sporadic failure units appearing.As the thickness of the horizontal isolation pillar decreases,the displacement,stress,and plastic zone inside the pillar show an increasing trend,and the stability of the pillar decreases.It is recommended to retain a horizontal isolation pillar no less than 20 meters.
