摘  要:为解决深部充填体固结效果差、强度低、易开裂的技术难题,以高炉矿渣和粉煤灰等火山灰材料制备胶凝材料,以玻璃纤维作为复合充填材料加固剂开展相关研究。采用四因素四水平的正交设计,探究纤维掺量、纤维长度、水玻璃模数和减水剂掺量对充填料浆塌落度、扩散度、充填体抗压强度及充填体破坏模式的影响。研究结果表明:料浆塌落度和扩散度与纤维掺量和纤维长度呈负相关,与减水剂掺量呈正相关,水玻璃模数不是影响料浆流动性能的关键因素;纤维对充填体强度的发展具有促进作用,当纤维掺量为0.3%、纤维长度为6 mm时,充填体各龄期抗压强度达最优值;纤维在充填体中发挥桥接作用,增加了充填体抵抗外界变形的能力,掺纤维充填体保持较好的完整性;综合极差分析和方差分析,各因素对料浆塌落度和扩散度影响的主次排序依次为减水剂掺量、纤维掺量、水玻璃模数、纤维长度,对充填体抗压强度影响的主次排序依次为纤维掺量、纤维长度、减水剂掺量、水玻璃模数。In order to solve the technical problems of poor consolidation effect,low strength and easy cracking of deep filling body,the cementitious materials were prepared by volcanic ash materials such as blast furnace slag and fly ash,and the related research was carried out with glass fiber as the reinforcing agent of composite filling material.The orthogonal design with four factors and four levels was used to explore the effects of fiber content,fiber length,water glass modulus and water reducing agent content on the slump,diffusivity,compressive strength and failure mode of filling slurry.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,the slump and diffusivity of slurry are negatively correlated with fiber content and fiber length,and positively correlated with water reducing agent content.The modulus of water glass is not the key factor affecting the fluidity of slurry.Secondly,the fiber has a promoting effect on the development of the strength of the filling body,when the fiber content is 0.3%and the fiber length is 6mm,the compressive strength of the filling body at each age reaches the optimal value.Thirdly,the fiber plays a bridging role in the filling body,which increases the ability of the filling body to resist external deformation,and the fiber-mixed filling body maintains a good integrity.Based on the comprehensive range analysis and variance analysis,the influences of factors on the slump and diffusivity of the slurry are ordered from large to small as water reducing agent content,fiber content,water glass modulus and fiber length.The primary and secondary influence factors on the compressive strength of the filling body are ordered as fiber content,fiber length,water reducing agent content,and water glass modulus.
