摘 要:为了研究巷道围岩的力学特征与变形控制,以陕西金源招贤煤矿1305工作面风巷为工程背景,运用理论分析、岩石力学试验、数值模拟和现场工业性实践的研究方法,对巷道围岩破坏特征进行了研究。研究结果表明:煤体主要受到张拉破坏和剪切破坏,且靠近卸荷面受到的破坏更严重,支护设计应采用锚杆锚索联合支护方式;当锚杆长度取2.8 m时,两帮应力峰值最小,实体帮的应力峰值为27.5 MPa,煤柱帮的应力峰值为30.81 MPa,应力峰值区域在锚杆锚固端部附近,右帮煤柱帮比左帮实体帮受到的应力集中作用更大,产生的位移更多,整体巷道的围岩变形量都在控制范围内。基于巷道破坏规律,通过设计和优化锚杆支护方案降低了围岩应力峰值,有效地控制了围岩变形。In order to study the mechanical characteristics and deformation control of the roadway surrounding rock,taking the 1305working face of Zhaoxian Coal Mine in Shaanxi Jinyuan as the engineering background,the failure characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock were studied by means of theoretical analysis,rock mechanics test,numerical simulation and field industrial practice.The results show that the coal body is mainly subjected to tensile failure and shear failure,and the damage near the unloading surface is more serious.The combined support method of anchor bolt and anchor cable should be adopted in the support design.When the length of the anchor bolt is 2.8m,the peak stress of the two sides is the smallest,the peak stress of the solid side is 27.5MPa,and the peak stress of the coal pillar side is 30.81MPa.The peak stress area is near the end of the bolt anchorage.The stress concentration effect of the right side coal pillar side is greater than that of the left side solid side,and the displacement is larger.The surrounding rock deformation of the whole roadway is within the control range.Based on the law of roadway failure,the peak stress of surrounding rock is reduced by designing and optimizing the bolt support scheme,and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled.
