摘 要:锂离子蓄电池是非煤地下矿山开采装备动力电源的重要发展方向。针对矿用锂离子蓄电池动力电源的使用特点和安全需求,研究了其机械结构、热效应控制、电气特性、电池管理系统、电磁兼容等方面的安全技术,分别提出了技术要求和验证方法,并得出如下结论:动力电源的外壳及泄压阀应达到IP54防护等级;动力电源应配备热管理系统,并在内部设计合理的自由空间;单体电池应采用串联连接方式,保证其内阻、容量、电压的一致性;电池管理系统应具备单体电池及动力电源的实时监测和保护功能;动力电源的电磁辐射和传导发射能量控制在3级,且具备辐射、传导、电快速瞬变脉冲群、静电放电等抗扰能力。矿山应用实践表明,锂离子蓄电池经专门安全设计和验证后可作为矿山井下运输车辆的动力电源,相比柴油动力车辆,能有效推动非煤地下矿山智能绿色、高效低碳开采。Lithium-ion battery is an important development direction of power supply for non-coal underground mining equipment.According to the use characteristics and safety requirements of lithium-ion battery power supply in mines,the mechanical structure,thermal effect control,electrical characteristics,battery management system,electromagnetic compatibility and other safety technologies were studied.The technical requirements and verification methods were put forward respectively,and the following conclusions were drawn.Firstly,the shell and pressure relief valve of the power supply should reach the IP54protection level.Secondly,the power supply should be equipped with a thermal management system and a reasonable free space should be designed internally.Thirdly,the single cell should be connected in series to ensure the consistency of its internal resistance,capacity and voltage.Fourthly,the battery management system should have the real-time monitoring and protection function of single battery and power supply.Finally,the electromagnetic radiation and conduction emission energy of the power supply are controlled at three level,and it has the anti-interference ability of radiation,conduction,electric fast transient pulse group and electrostatic discharge.The practical application shows that the lithium-ion battery power supply can be used for mine underground transportation vehicles after special safety design and verification,which can effectively promote to intelligent,green,efficient,and low-carbon mining in non-coal underground mines by comparing to diesel powered vehicles.
