摘　　要：目的探讨枸地氯雷他定辅助手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎对患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗,观察组给予枸地氯雷他定辅助鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗,比较两组手术前后血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平及术后疼痛程度。结果术前,两组血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平比较差异无统计学意义;术后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后鼻塞、面颊部疼痛、头痛、流涕视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定辅助鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者效果较好,可有效降低患者血清炎症因子水平,改善炎症反应,减轻患者术后疼痛程度。Objective To investigate the effects of deloratadine citrate assisted surgery on serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 60 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group received adjuvant endoscopic sinus surgery with desloratadine.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 before and after surgery and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery,there was no significant difference in serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-8 between the two groups;after surgery,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of the two groups were lower than before surgery,and the observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of nasal congestion,cheek pain,headache and runny nose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deloratadine citrate assisted surgery is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis,which can effectively reduce the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8,improve inflammatory response and reduce postoperative pain.
