固经汤辩证加减治疗阴虚血热证经期延长的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨固经汤辩证加减治疗阴虚血热证经期延长的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月于本院行中药治疗的66例阴虚血热证经期延长患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组采用中成药葆宫止血颗粒治疗,观察组采用固经汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、行经时间及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组行经时间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组行经时间短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(96.97%)高于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固经汤加减治疗阴虚血热证经期延长效果显著,可缩短患者行经时间,促使经期恢复正常并减少血块,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gujing decoction in the treatment of prolonged menstrual period with Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome.Methods Atotal of 66 patients with prolonged menstrual period of Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome who received Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine Baogong Zhixue granules,and the observation group was treated with Gujing decoction,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,menstruation time before and after treatment,clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores between the two groups;the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstruation time between the two groups;after treatment,the duration of menstruation of the two groups was shorter than before treatment,and the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gujing decoction has significant effect on the prolongation of menstrual period of Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome,which can shorten the menstrual time of patients,promote the recovery of menstrual period and reduce blood clots,and has certain promotion and application value in clinical treatment.
