摘　　要：股骨干骨折在临床中较为常见,主要行手术内固定治疗。锁定钢板内固定是治疗股骨干骨折的常用方法,钢板选择和应用不当、术中操作不当及术后过早功能锻炼等因素均可导致术后钢板的断裂,不利于患者骨折愈合及康复,并为社会和家庭带来沉重负担。股骨干骨折术后钢板断裂治疗方法的选择尤为重要,目前主要包括保守治疗和再次手术治疗。本文主要对近年来股骨干骨折术后钢板断裂的原因及治疗方法的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床治疗股骨干骨折术后钢板断裂提供理论支持。Femoral shaft fractures are common in clinical practice and are mainly treated with surgical internal fixation.Locking steel plate internal fixation is a commonly used method for treating femoral shaft fractures.Factors such as improper selection and application of steel plate,improper intraoperative operation,and premature postoperative functional exercise can all lead to the fracture of steel plates,which is not conducive to fracture healing and recovery of patients,and brings a heavy burden to society and families.The selection of treatment methods for postoperative steel plate rupture of femoral shaft fractures is particularly important,currently mainly including conservative treatment and reoperation treatment.This article mainly reviews the research progress of the causes and treatment methods of plate fracture after femoral shaft fracture surgery in recent years,in order to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment of plate fracture after femoral shaft fracture surgery.
